A GP with a special interest in mental health is a medical doctor with additional experience and focus in caring for people whose mental health is connected to their body, lifestyle, medications, relationships, and broader life context.
Our clinicians
Meet your GP Specialists.
At Saje, our GPs are not here to replace your regular GP. They are here to add another layer of care when things feel complex, stuck, or unclear.
They may help with whole-person assessment, second opinions, lifestyle medicine, medication review, deprescribing, metabolic health, and the physical effects of mental health conditions or treatments.
Some of our GPs may also support areas such as ADHD care, where appropriately trained and credentialled.
They work closely with psychiatrists, psychologists, therapists, and your existing GP, helping make sure your care is practical, joined up, and grounded in the whole of you.
This may be the right clinician for you if your mental health is connected with sleep, stress, hormones, medication side effects, chronic illness, metabolic health, lifestyle, ADHD, or uncertainty about what kind of care you need next.
