Clinical Neuropsychologist & Clinical Psychologist
Insight creates possibility. Collaboration turns it into change
Dr Keri Diamond is a Clinical Neuropsychologist and Clinical Psychologist with a particular interest in the relationship between the brain, behaviour and emotional wellbeing. She works with adults and older adults across both psychological therapy and neuropsychological assessment, helping people make sense of changes in thinking, mood and functioning. Keri has worked across hospital, government, community and private practice settings with people experiencing complex psychiatric and neurological difficulties. Her clinical interests include anxiety, panic, OCD, depression, adjustment to chronic illness and major life events, traumatic brain injury, multiple sclerosis and age-related cognitive disorders. Her approach is evidence-based, thoughtful and individually tailored. In therapy, she draws predominantly on cognitive behavioural and acceptance-based approaches, as well as EMDR where appropriate. In neuropsychology, she uses detailed, hypothesis-driven assessment to understand a person’s cognitive strengths and difficulties and develop practical recommendations for treatment, support and everyday functioning. Keri holds dual qualifications in Clinical Psychology and Clinical Neuropsychology, has received two Dean’s Awards for Excellence in Clinical Psychology, and is a Fellow of the APS College of Clinical Neuropsychologists.
