Nicky is a Clinical Neuropsychologist with 25 years of clinical and research expertise in cognitive ageing, memory disorders, dementia, and brain health. She provides neuropsychological assessment and cognitive rehabilitation, helping individuals and families understand cognitive changes, gain diagnostic clarity and make informed decisions about their health. Her approach begins with a thorough assessment to understand the whole person, guiding compassionate, personalised care. Services include diagnostic assessment, cognitive rehabilitation, and tailored recommendations to support cognitive function and reduce dementia risk. She works with adults experiencing memory concerns, Mild Cognitive Impairment, dementia, Parkinson’s disease, stroke, traumatic brain injury, and cognitive difficulties related to neurological and psychiatric conditions. Nicky holds a Master of Clinical Neuropsychology (Macquarie University) and a PhD (UNSW). She is a registered psychologist endorsed in Clinical Neuropsychology and has worked in public health, including the Neuropsychiatric Institute and Memory Disorders Clinic at Prince of Wales Hospital, and in rehabilitation services for stroke and traumatic brain injury. As Lead Neuropsychologist at the Centre for Healthy Brain Ageing, her research focused on digital cognitive assessment, dementia prevention, and healthy brain ageing. She is an Adjunct Senior Lecturer, UNSW and serves on the Advisory Board of the Australian Dementia Research Network.
