Exercise physiologists are university-qualified health professionals who use movement and exercise to support physical and mental health. They can help you build a safe, realistic approach to movement that considers your health, abilities, symptoms and goals.
Our clinicians
Meet your Exercise Physiologists.
At Saje, exercise is not about simply being told to move more. Our exercise physiologists work with you to understand how your mental and physical health are affecting your energy, motivation, confidence and capacity for movement. Together, you can develop an approach that feels achievable and can become part of your broader care.
Exercise physiology may be helpful if low mood, anxiety, fatigue, medication effects or physical health concerns have made movement difficult; if you are returning to exercise after a period of illness or inactivity; or if you want to use movement as one part of supporting your mental and physical wellbeing.
